Message from the CEO

Corentec Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in step with the strengthening of global competitiveness in the medical device industry, hereby pledges the following to practice fair and transparent management and to fulfill its social responsibility, ethics, win-win cooperation, and legal compliance toward customers and shareholders.

1. Establishment of Ethical Management and Anti-Corruption Culture
Through the declaration and pledge of ethical management, the Company will establish anti-corruption policies and treat compliance with the Compliance Program (CP) as a core value of our corporate culture.
Furthermore, we will appoint a Compliance Officer directly under the CEO to ensure independence and will become a sustainable and trusted company by responsibly adhering to all legal and ethical obligations.

2. Construction of a Thorough Compliance System and Risk Management
The Company will build an effective internal compliance system to ensure strict adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. We will exert our best efforts to preemptively block and minimize legal violations and corruption risks through the enactment and operation of related regulations and continuous training for all executives and employees.

3. Realization of Transparent and Fair Values
The Company will strive to integrate CP compliance into all management activities, moving beyond mere declarations. Through these efforts, we will realize transparent and fair values and remain an exemplary company that fulfills its social responsibilities.
